Private First Class Scott Kelso is a Colonial Marine aboard Galactica that was involved in the incident on the Gideon that resulted in the death of 4 civilians.

When interviewed by D'anna Biers she questioned his squad's firing on unarmed civilians. Kelso retorted that his squad never trained for crowd control, and that he was under attack and had ten stitches to prove it. However, Private Kelso considered the entire operation a "frak up" by Col. Tigh (Final Cut).
