Alan Cole is one of four writers who wrote "The Day They Kidnapped Cleopatra", the last episode in production at the time Galactica 1980 was officially canceled by ABC.
He later wrote for The A-Team ("Pure-Dee Poison" with Chris Bunch, Stephen J. Cannell and Frank Lupo), Magnum P.I. and Mrs. Columbo.
