::::::So long as everything were directed to the wiki/blog etc then I suppose it would be good. There are a LOT of people registered to the site. I don't see how it would get new people to the wiki though, I mean how would people search for it. If the only way to find the myspace page is via the wiki/blog then we will have failed to gain more people via the medium. --Mercifull (Talk/Contribs) 07:51, 8 May 2007 (CDT) |

Thoughts
I like the idea. I loathe MySpace personally as I am not a social animal and prefer my anonymity (I know, I know, next thing I'll say is "Get off my lawn you crazy kids!"), but for the wiki, I think it is a great way to generate publicity. Our look and logo would transfer well there, the personal forum allows quick Q&A and we can moderate the weirdoes. I'm game for it. --Spencerian 18:53, 4 May 2007 (CDT) (Talk - Contrib Skillz - Edit Skillz)
- Actually, Mercifull already made a BSWiki theme for his own personal MySpace, so, yes, it definitely transfers well there. -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate 19:05, 4 May 2007 (CDT)
- Concur. I'm not a MySpace guy either, but I think it'd be another way to get feedback, and sew some more connections into this patchwork quilt of fandom. Very web 2.0, so I'm sure Merc will be all over it. --Steelviper 22:58, 5 May 2007 (CDT)
- My theme needs some work because I only did it roughly based off another theme that someone else had but I guess it could easily be made a bit better for more general use. The only other thing is that a lot of people, especially in the UK, have kinda gone off MySpace recently due to the spamming problems and malware advertisements and people seem to have migrated to Facebook. How do we decide which social network to support and which ones to ignore? --Mercifull (Talk/Contribs) 02:57, 8 May 2007 (CDT)
- MySpace is one place where I can not contribute. That would really hurt my job. Shane (T - C - E) 05:15, 8 May 2007 (CDT)
