| The Re-imagined ''Battlestar Galactica'' shoots on several soundstages in [[w:Vancouver, BC|Vancouver, British Columbia]]. One set, housed in Studio 1, includes Adama's Quarters, an airlock, several multipurpose rooms, and many hallways. Another set was purchased from a failed television pilot, ''Lost In Space'', in the first season. It was later converted to become the battlestar ''[[Pegasus (RDM)|Pegasus]]''. Much of the sets are constructed from simple 1x3s and plywood.

| The [[Miniseries]] was shot in a larger studio which housed everything on one soundstage. This made it possible to follow [[Kara Thrace]] in one take from outside the [[CIC]] to the [[hangar deck]]. After the series went into regular production, it moved to a smaller studio and the hangar deck set is now housed on a seperate soundstage.
