- A Season 3 teaser will be shown during the premiere of Eureka on Sci-Fi Channel Tuesday, July 18 at 9/8C.
- Season 3 will premiere in the US on Friday, October 6. [1]
- Battlestar Galactica is nominated for three Emmy Awards by the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Nominated categories are Outstanding Costumes (for Lay Down Your Burdens, Part 2), Outstanding Single-Camera Sound Mixing For A Series (for Scattered), and Outstanding Special Visual Effects For A Series (for Resurrection Ship, Part 2).
