Are we sure [[:Image:Delphi.jpg]] this is Delphi? I always thought it is just another city on Caprica. It isn't explicitly said on screen. Delphi seems to have survived pretty much unharmed. That city on the other hand was on the way of a nuclear shockwave. We also have the [[Telamont Building]] standing pretty much alone in its area. Of course it's possible, that it isn't in downtown Delphi and that the city has a real skyline.
