The Cylon Troopship appears in the Battlestar Galactica video game. This cylindrical vessel carries a large contingent of Cylon Centurions in a fast-deployment racks, in compartments within the fuselage. The Troopship attacks by locking on to the hull of a larger capital ship and boring through to the internal deck spaces; the Cylons on board are then released into the enemy vessel to capture or destroy it. Troopships have a crew of two Cylons. The ship shares a similar mission profile to the Heavy Raider from the Re-imagined Series.
Note
This vessel is part of a separate continuity that mixes elements from the Re-imagined Series and Original Series as well as unique material. It is not a canonical item in either series.
