Lt. Tucker "Duck" Clellan is present for the card game at the beginning of "Flight of the Phoenix" and later participates in the massacre of the disabled Cylon raiders.

According to Kat, he is one of the best pilots that Galactica still has. (Scar)

He helps put Reilly's things away after he's killed by Scar.
