:I agree. It would be nice to go on, but in the long run it's better to end it on a high point. The main thing I'm disappointed about is that the rest of the show will probably revolve around the search for Earth and the Final Five. Which are far from my favorite themes in the show. I initially liked that it placed character over story and that seems to have changed. But I digress.

:Anyways, I'm indifferent to the usual fan outrage as well these days, and even distanced myself a bit from message boards where constant whining seems to be the norm. When an outstanding show really hasn't been give a chance, I can get behind campaigns and be sad, but a three-hour miniseries, 4 seasons and a TV movie are really more than fair these days. If people want to think that the show was directly canceled by the network that is, as usual, to be expected; I'm willing to give the producers the benefit of the doubt. --[[User:Serenity|Serenity]] 11:18, 1 June 2007 (CDT)

Sciffy Thread

I reported your discovery here. I gave you credit for the find, of course, and hoped that the extra eyes on the subject might help shed some light on the "other" ship. --Steelviper 21:16, 9 May 2007 (CDT)

Excellent. The more eyes on it, the better. Seven letters appear to be the key, so Olympus is possible. I haven't used my Sciffy account in months.... --Spencerian 08:02, 10 May 2007 (CDT)

Units of Measure (TOS)

Argh, I hate edit conflicts! Was working on that one at the same time you were. :) JubalHarshaw 12:23, 31 May 2007 (CDT)

Sorry about that! You have the same thoughts as I do; merging like content that otherwise make articles that are too general and not wiki-specific. I'm working on Squadrons of Galactica right now. --Spencerian 12:44, 31 May 2007 (CDT)

Guyle Fraizer as Colonial One co-pilot

Hi there, my source for that is actually that I know Guyle personally (and yes, the one you found on the IMDB is the right one, I'm apparently just an idiot and spelled his name wrong), and he and I talked about it a few times.  :) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Zeppo (talk • contribs).

A Comment From Mrs. Ron

Terry Dresbach, a.k.a, "Mrs. Ron" on the Skiffy boards, appreciated my comments on Battlestar's wrap-up season. Given the many messages in this fast-growing thread, I'm humbled that she noticed it. Her response sums up everything that I loved about the new series. It has given us a great ride, and so long as Ron has a stogie and scotch handy, we'll see more good things from him. --Spencerian 10:33, 1 June 2007 (CDT)

I agree.
