Sergeant Hadrian: Metal fatigue. Old equipment... worn strap fails, drops a million cubit drone to the deck, kills 13 pilots, lands 7 more in sickbay. It's hard to hear this, I know, but we got lucky. If that had been a missile, instead of a com drone... it'd have taken out the side of the ship.
