: Well, it's insinuated that the sound knocks out the pilots, as you can see them react negatively to it before they are rendered unconscious. -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate 15:43, 17 April 2007 (CDT) | : Well, it's insinuated that the sound knocks out the pilots, as you can see them react negatively to it before they are rendered unconscious. -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate 15:43, 17 April 2007 (CDT) | ||
::I guess I'll go rewatch it. I just saw separating the unconsciousness from the sound as a neat way of eliminating the whole "how does the sound travel through space" issue. Maybe it's all in their head (from the psychic-knockout-whatchamajiggers). --Steelviper 15:51, 17 April 2007 (CDT) | ::I guess I'll go rewatch it. :::I never viewed the sound as actually being a sound, but rather an attempt at telepathic communication, possibly to warn the Colonials about Iblis... But that doesn't truly make a lot of sense either, as warning them would violate the whole "free choice" thing (as would abducting them). -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate 16:15, 17 April 2007 (CDT) |

Expand
While there's not much more info to be had on these things, perhaps we could add some discussion about the interior? --Steelviper 09:33, 17 April 2007 (CDT)
- Definitely. I'll add a bit from my DVDs if time allows. --Spencerian 10:03, 17 April 2007 (CDT) (Talk - Contribs - WonderNumbers)
- Yeah, interior shots would be nice. -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate 15:36, 17 April 2007 (CDT)
Sound
Are we sure it's the sound that knocks them out? Might be better to note the noise, and separately note its mad abduction skillz. --Steelviper 10:40, 17 April 2007 (CDT)
