::Correct, and see comments above as well.  I forgot to mention that I also like using Felix in a name because it was a cognomen applied to Lucius Cornelius Sulla.  I also have a sideline in anicent Roman history. :)  --Felix Culpa 11:56, 18 August 2006 (CDT)
So you are saying you don't blame Lt. Gaeta? I don't either :) Philwelch 03:07, 19 August 2006 (CDT)
:No, Gaeta did what was right in a legal "democratic" sense, in refusing to go along with a subversion of the clear will of the majority.  Would I have blamed him if he had kept his mouth shut and not reported the ballot tampering?  No, because that also (and quite easily) could rationally be viewed as right under the circumstances.  And we of course know that it would probably have been for the better, at least in the short term.  But, right, wrong, or just one of an array of tough choices, hopefully it will make for some good drama in the second season. :) --Felix Culpa 12:14, 19 August 2006 (CDT)

Hi, Felix. Try the general article, Science in the Re-imagined Series, to browse the articles to determine if the parent article or its subarticles are appropriate for contributing the atmospheric heating topic you raised. I suspect Navigation in the Re-imagined Series will be fine. --Spencerian 13:27, 26 October 2006 (CDT)

Your name

"Felix Culpa"

 • culpa: "fault, blame" (Latin)
 • Felix: Lt. Felix Gaeta

"Gaeta's fault" (Baltar's presidency and the results thereof are due to Gaeta uncovering the fixed election.)

Is my interpretation correct? :) Philwelch 02:52, 18 August 2006 (CDT)

Sorry to disappoint, it's just a Latin phrase which I have always liked, and as Mr. Avatar notes below, together means something along the lines of "Happy Guilt" or "Fortunate Guilt." It carries a connotation that, despite the fact something bad or blameworthy happened in the past, that in the end it will have turned out to be for the best. I have no real reason for liking the phrase or intent to apply it to anything specific though. I just always have liked the sound of it. :) --Felix Culpa 11:54, 18 August 2006 (CDT)
