Mueller is a pilot on the battlestar Galactica.
At one point Mueller did a tour as a Squadron XO.
Saul Tigh suggests him to replace Lee Adama as CAG after his defection to find an ancient tomb, but Commander William Adama dismisses him as "a malcontent."
