Are you sure of the spelling? Not Aerilon?

How do you know Troy is near Aerelon? Boomer having an Aerelon accent does not prove this, especially since we don't know where she was age 0-4.

See my the thread I started on Ragnar Anchorage for more information on Aerelon: http://s9.invisionfree.com/Ragnar_Anchorage/index.php?showtopic=658

We probably should delete the Ares/Aries part in the notes section due to Home pt. II. I must go and finish colonies now.

More on spelling

We have a note that we go with the more consistent behind-the-scenes spelling of "Aerelon". But I just watched "Maelstrom" and it occurred to me that we haven't considered the pronunciation. Socrata Thrace says 'Air-lon'. Then I check "Dirty Hands" and surely Tyrol says it that way too. Baltar goes more into the direction of 'Air-e-lon' with a very short 'e' inbetween.

Now the question is how would "Aerilon" be pronounced? I'd say it "Air-ee-lon", with a clear and long 'e'. For me another indication that "Aerelon" is correct. It's pretty much established that the prop department does its own thing. They do nice work, but many of the documents have such small inconsistencies. --Serenity 16:09, 29 June 2007 (CDT)

I think that's a good argument. Better check with April to be sure, though. --Catrope(Talk to me or e-mail me) 16:20, 29 June 2007 (CDT)

Spelling seems to be "Aerilon", actually. It is actually spelled that way in some of the scripts I've come across, so we probably have to change it. -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate - Battlestar Pegasus 16:04, 16 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

It is Aerelon, not Aerilon

According to the Sci-Fi Channel's own Wiki, Scifipedia, it is Aerelon. http://scifipedia.scifi.com/index.php/Twelve_Colonies#Aerelon Axeman 19:42, 18 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Troy

I would say, that the Troy lines should be (re)moved. Troy is in the Helios Beta System and Aerilon is in the Helios Delta system.
