The analysis for this article is on the Sciffy forum at this link, which may disappear soon. One contributor used reverse video to help define the last four letters. See Talk:Night Flight for more. I decided to be bold and create the article but not update templates yet as we sit around and consider any other words that might, just might end in "smus". If there are more than one or so that could be a name, we'll need to delete this article. --Spencerian 16:55, 10 May 2007 (CDT)

:::As much as I'd like to think that this is a new Battlestar, I think it's a little crazy that no one has even mentioned that it's probably just Battlestar Pegasus, don't you think?  P is a letter with a straight edge, and you can barely even tell what comes before the clearly visible "us".  I just think it's kind of foolish to think it's a completely new battlestar when one that already exists has a name that can fit in there perfectly.  Unless I am missing something, I think this section should be removed.  I'd love to see some more proof that it isn't Pegasus though.  --Ashdizzle March 25, 2009

Crucible Time

The analysis for this article is on the Sciffy forum at this link, which may disappear soon. One contributor used reverse video to help define the last four letters. See Talk:Night Flight for more. I decided to be bold and create the article but not update templates yet as we sit around and consider any other words that might, just might end in "smus". If there are more than one or so that could be a name, we'll need to delete this article. --Spencerian 16:55, 10 May 2007 (CDT)

It's not definite, but I think "Erasmus" to be extremely likely. The first letter does look like an E. --Serenity 17:49, 10 May 2007 (CDT)
What else could it be? Putting it up at BW:OC for verification, though. --Catrope(Talk to me or e-mail me) 01:57, 11 May 2007 (CDT)
As much as I'd like to think that this is a new Battlestar, I think it's a little crazy that no one has even mentioned that it's probably just Battlestar Pegasus, don't you think? P is a letter with a straight edge, and you can barely even tell what comes before the clearly visible "us". I just think it's kind of foolish to think it's a completely new battlestar when one that already exists has a name that can fit in there perfectly. Unless I am missing something, I think this section should be removed. I'd love to see some more proof that it isn't Pegasus though. --Ashdizzle March 25, 2009
Arrggghhh did not see that updated screen cap! SMUS is totally clear, nevermind, Erasmus sounds real enough! That higher quality cap should be put on here. ----Ashdizzle March 25, 2009
