Only if really really need should there be more than one level heading. under a main header ex.

The correct way would be, e.x.

The Flag

The SVG files for the american flag is not working. I think it might have something to do with the SVG support on the server itself. Currenlty at a friends house fixing their wireless internet on a laptop so I can't get on gtalk right now.--Shane ^{(T - C - E)} 21:24, 23 August 2006 (CDT)

Ready for rollout
