The Great Questions Section Attack...
...will resume shortly. My attention has been elsewhere this last week or so. :-) --Uncle Mikey 11:52, 2 April 2006 (CDT)

- Clueless new girl can't help but wonder what a "Great Questions Section Attack" might entail. Sounds painful. --AerynSun44
- The "Questions" Section on many of the episodic pages has gotten overgrown. It's frequently used by readers to ask questions of the community -- the way one might in a forum -- and thus especially more recent episodes (which have not already been cleaned up) get filled with questions and answers, and reubttals to answers, and rejoinders to rebuttals, and snark about what a dumb rebuttal that was, and so on. :-)
- But that's not really what the section is for. The section is to describe the questions the episode itself raises but leaves unanswered, the dangling threads we hope will get tied off by later episodes. Battlestar Wiki:Standards and Conventions now has a section describing the criteria we're trying to apply to these sections. So far, only two eps ("Lay Down Your Burdens" I and II) have had this particular chain-saw taken to them. I'm hoping to get some time this week to get back to it.--Uncle Mikey 14:27, 4 April 2006 (CDT)
