The template appears to have a pleasant level of "white space" so things don't appear crowded, which is good. I recommend the use of naval abbreviations to try to keep the names short in the commanding officer area (CDR and ADM, for instance). Looks good to me; if I note anything else, I'll chime in. --Spencerian 12:33, 22 June 2006 (CDT)
