Digital uniforms[edit]
Just a quick note, the digital uniforms worn by the medics (possibly Marines) are not urban, they are woodland MARPAT, I have to see it every day so I know it by heart :D. Its probably a contract civilian one that lacks a few of the "features" that make it the Trademarked MARPAT but its still the same camo design.

Two notes: Retro flight suits (terminology nitpick), Original series helmets.[edit]
I'm new here, so feel absolutely free to delete this post if it is too far off-topic.
The description of the retro, first Cylon War flight suits mention embroidery on the collar and vest, but I see no evidence of embroidery (decorative threadwotk embellishment) in the photos. The Collar is top-stitched along the edge - which is strictly structural - though the technique can also serve a secondary, decorative function (such as contrast stitching on blue jeans): and the vest appears quilted. The only apparent decoration is the addition of a dimensional trim along the base of the collar and the top of the vest. The trim appears to be truncated metal-finish pyramids on a fabric base. None of these really qualifies as embroidery. I told you it was a nit-pick.
The description of "the (questionably useful) helmet seen on Colonial Warriors in the Original Series" seems a little mean spirited. At the time the original series was made, no one had yet made a fully enclosed helmet with sufficient airflow to prevent the visor fogging up. At the time force fields were very popular in science fiction media, and I had assumed that the row of lights at the top and bottom of the face opening represented a force field being activated, which would imply the same effect as the visors used in the new helmets, while being possible within the technical limitations of the time.
I warned you that it was trivial, and you are perfectly free to delete this if you prefer. No disrespect was intended by my post, and none will be taken if you do so. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Kjotvi (talk • contribs).

- What you mention is true regarding the terminology regarding the vintage flight suits and should be corrected. Feel free to take it upon yourself to do that, should you desire it.
- As for the second point regarding the Original Series's helmets, the common assumption is that the row of lights were some sort of force field. In Richard Hatch's novels, and in even some of the old Berkley novelizations, I believe they mention this to be the case.
