This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | My understanding is that Camp Oil Slick was established for civillian refugees after the exodus from New Caprica, and only existed until they could be relocated to their original ships. Dogsville was established months later, after the events of "The Passage", to house the displaced persons from the Adriatic and the Carina.
