Currently we avoid hosting copyrighted content, using only fair-use representations. However, there are situations where it might be beneficial for both NBC-Universal and ourselves if we were to be granted license to mirror some of their copyrighted content. This proposal seeks to determine the consensus regarding whether we should contact NBC-Universal to seek out such license, or whether to continue utilizing only fair-use material. |
