I don´t think Yashuman is one of the battlestars above Caprica. In the dialogue between Yashuman and Caprica-control, Yashuman confirms the enemy by visual contact ("Caprica Control, Yashuman. Heavy bogeys, six plus, lower orbit, over grid 15-2."). Due to the virus the battlestars can´t confirm the Cylons. So Yashuman has to be a pilot who´s got visual contact. Also Yashuman want´s the other Officer to "go to [his] window and look out", so Yashuman has to speak with a battlestar. -- HurricaneAC
