Libran Delegate

I'm pretty such, judging from "Colonial Day", the unnamed Libran delegate is Oswyn Eriku. They appear to have the same actor.

Also, you could easily get clearer images from "Fragged" for Miksa Burian of Aquaria, Elrad Hunt of Picon, Alisander Asiel of Aerilon, Perah Enyeto of Tauron and Eladio Puasha of Scorpia. They got the same actors in for them.

Hi Corey! Indeed, working on getting High Def screencaps uploaded to the wiki across all the different subjects, now that everything is released on blu-ray. For instance, the Colonial Day/gallery page has a list of screencaps from that episode in question; same with Fragged/gallery.
