Pics needed

Does anyone have good images of the ship's patches from Galactica and Pegasus? The best would probably be really close-up behind the scenes photos, or even a picture from an authentic reproduction. I found this over at Talk:Uniforms (RDM) and it's interesting in that it shows that the patches have different colors, and it might be worth including, but not as sole source.

And does Valkyrie have an own patch in "Hero"?

Yeah, we'd need the pics of the various patches. I don't recall if there's a close up for the Valkyrie patch in hero. This is about it. Of course there is still some refinement to do with pictures, but we probably shouldn't add too many. There could be more pics from "Act of Contrition" and "Resurrection Ship, Part II", but they don't really show anything new. The other characters only wear the same type of insignia on their Dress Grays. Just less with rank.

So, any suggestions for improvements?

One thing that could be worthwhile is a section of the Colonial seal, that's used everywhere from Government seals, over ship patches, to the Colonial flags. Personally, I think of it as a phoenix. Just needs a good pic and an explanation where it's used. --Serenity 16:15, 15 June 2007 (CDT)
