A Cylon nuclear attack destroyed the Yards and all ships but the Pegasus, which escaped via a blind jump. Although 700 crewmen from the Pegasus were killed, several of the crew of the Shipyards and the other vessels docked there - including the Cylon agent Gina - escaped aboard Pegasus.
