Anita T is the moniker used by a Canadian background actress and model who portrayed a Cult of Baltar member in Re-imagined Series' "Deadlock", an uncredited role for which she was later identified through computer-aided facial recognition. Her first appearance in the Re-imagined Series was as a background patron of the Starlight Lounge in "Sacrifice", also identified by computer-aided facial recognition.
Anita T has worked as a model and background performer based in Canada. She was represented by Gemini Models, a talent agency that provided models and background performers for film and television productions in the Vancouver area.[external 1]
Her appearances in the Re-imagined Series consisted of uncredited background roles, which is typical for background performers who populate scenes but do not have speaking parts or featured character roles. Anita Torrance is an Australian actress who portrays Mar-Beth Willow in Caprica.
Torrance has built her acting career primarily in Australian and New Zealand television productions. Her most prominent recurring role was as Tess Adamson in 57 episodes of the long-running New Zealand medical drama Shortland Street in 2007.[external 1]
