Adama's sister as a Cylon?

Ok, how reliable is this casting sheet? If Adama's illegally-monotheistic sister provided the upload pattern for the first metallic Cylon on Caprica, this sure poses a lot of questions for the main series. Why has this never come up. What happened to her? What happened to her memories -- should they not exist in future Cylons?

Adama has met and talked with several of the Cylon models, with one-on-ones with Doral, Six, Eight and possibly Leoben. No whiff of this. Could the Cylons, perfect memories and all, have forgotten all this?

Mind you, it does explain why the Final 5 have all gravitated to Adama.

However, I mention this not to debate the speculations, but to ask if this isn't massively at odds with what we see, and if that doesn't make you wonder if the casting sheet is accurate. It gives away a lot for a casting sheet.--Bradtem 22:24, 7 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Adama's sister wasn't secretly monotheistic (or at least we know nothing of it yet). The closeted monotheist is Zoe Graystone. Tamara was just killed in the same suicide bombing, and given that she probably wasn't uploaded into a holographic avatar, it is doubtful whether her personality was actually recreated. It's possible that Graystone cheated Adama into believing that he will recreate the personalities of both their daughters, not telling him that it's only possible with Zoe, since she was downloaded into the hologram. We also don't know whether any of the humanoid Cylons actually have the memories of Zoe and other original Cylons. Also, the eOnline! preview also contained some of the same info, so it's unlikely to be a hoax. Ausir 22:27, 7 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
The main template is Zoe, not Tamara. It does mention a digital copy of Tamara, but also that Joseph Adama is appalled at it/her. Maybe she was killed/destroyed before the project went beyond the prototype stage and nothing about her ever went into the actual Cylons. Furthermore, I wouldn't call this the creation of the Cylons as we know them. More like the first step; a way to create an intelligent mechanical or electronical being. The next step being the Centurions, first as workers, then as soldiers. -- Serenity 22:32, 7 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
Also, William Adama probably does not know about his father's involvement with the creation of Cylons and his attempts to resurrect Tamara. By the way, I wouldn't be surprised if they added some references to Caprica in the fourth series. E.g. when Baltar's worshippers start to be a problem, Adama might mention his sister being killed by a fanatical monotheistic suicide bomber. Ausir 22:37, 7 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
I understand Zoe's the main template, but due to the death of his mother and sister around her and her boyfriend, he would be very aware of this, and they of him. The cast sheet doesn't tell us what happened to RoboTamara, no doubt we find out during the show. But prior information suggested that Joe Adama becomes the enemy of the Graystones after this, so it jibes that he is horrified by her -- but not that she is destroyed. And it's hard to destroy a digital mind, they keep themselves backed up on tape. Still, this is a bit more fantastic than I expected. Adama's father responsible for the Cylons. Adama's mother and sister killed in the fateful event that triggers it all. His sister used as a Cylon template, along with the killer. It's why I wonder about that document. Hmm, one wonders if Lamkin knows something, though he's not old enough to have been there?--Bradtem 23:08, 7 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
Young Billy might not know anything about Zoe being the first Cylon, being involved in the suicide bombing (it's likely generally assumed that she was just another victim, no one except Clarice, Ben and Lacy knew about her being a monotheist) nor about his father's involvement. He likely just knows that his father opposed the creator of the Cylons and that Graystone's daughter died in the same terrorist attack as his sister, but consider it nothing more than a coincidence. Also, Zoe wasn't "the killer", as far as she knew, they were just supposed to get away from Caprica. Ausir 23:18, 7 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Adama is a Cylon

Remember Leoben saying that Adama is a Cylon? Maybe he was referring to Tamara. :) Ausir 00:08, 8 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
