Di-ethene is a storm condition occuring on Arcta.
Di-ethene storms are dangerous to humans, particularly upon reaching "death point"–where the air turns to liquid. A side effect of being in a di-ethene storm is that it leaves humans dehydrated (The Gun on Ice Planet Zero, Part I).
