John Colicos was the actor who portrayed Baltar in the TOS.
Origianlly Canadian he was born on December 10,1928 and passed away in March of 2000.
The other role he was famous was playing the Klingon Kor in both the original Star Trek seriesand reprising the same role in Star Trek: Deep Space 9.
