A method by which the test subject's blood is subjected to radioactive material (taken from one of the Galactica's nuclear warheads to determine if the subject is a Cylon or not, with the results being displayed on a computer screen. Red indicates the test subject is a Cylon, green indicating a human.

The test takes approximately 11 hours to complete per blood sample, so Dr. Gaius Baltar estimates it will take over 60 years (not counting sleep, food, bathroom, etc.) to run the test on the whole fleet (almost 50,000 people).
