Gaeta is the Senior Officer of the Watch, but others, including Dualla, have this responsibility as well when he's not on duty. No problem. During Scattered, while Dualla is consoling Gaeta in the head shortly after the Fleet is lost, he said "I was the OOD..." --Madbrood 08:31, 12 September 2006 (CDT)
