Move Squad

"Trust" users that have the power to "move". there is a way to do this via the "settings", but this is the idea.

The proposal should strive to answer some of the common questions, such as:

What is the benefit of this proposal to the wiki? Moving would be granted to a few trusted usernames
What is involved in implementing this idea? LocalSettings.php Edit
Who is going to do it? Joe
Why should we do it at all? A few user names...
How will we use the idea? To Move Pages, BW:MOVE
Should the proposal pass, when will work start on this idea? Right away...
Where will this idea be implemented? (e.g. Will it be on certain types of pages or the entire Wiki in general?) BW:MOVE
