Memorial Day Update

Please note that the wiki will be updated to the most recent version of MediaWiki software on May 29th. During this time, there will also be some scheduled maintenance to the database. In particular:

All inactive accounts that have never posted anything on the Wiki will be removed from the database.
Minor optimizations to the database itself.

-In order to remove cruft from the database, I plan on going through and removing any accounts that haven't made '''any''' edits.  Basically, if the account is more than one month old and hasn't been used at all, it will be deleted.
