Eladio Puasha is a Scorpia native and its representative to the Quorum of Twelve. Pusha was seated next to Tom Zarek at the first meeting of the Quorum on Cloud 9. Puasha, however, has yet to be seen up close and in person (Colonial Day). It is not known if he or she was among the Quorum delegates who sided with President Roslin during the fleet's schism.
