The Tauranian is a refinery ship in the fleet.

During the mini-series, it is found and delivered by Boomer. (It is unnamed on-screen, but named in the novelization of the mini-series.)

The Tauranian refuses to continue refining tylium in protest of President Laura Roslin's imprisonment and Col. Tigh's subsequent declaration of martial law ("Resistance").

A deleted scene in 33 references the Tauranian Traveler, whose captain wants to break from the fleet and strike out on his own. At Roslin's urging, Adama orders the CAP to make several close fly-bys of the ship to dissuade it from leaving.

The Tauranian Traveler is also visible on vote tally boards in Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II.
