I was under the impression that Baltar dissolved the Quorum and that the People's Council replaced it. Can anyone confirm this? -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate - Battlestar Pegasus 17:52, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
- Ron Moore talks about a bicameral system in his blog. I think we are under the assumption that the People's Council is that second chamber. That's also mentioned as possibility on Government -- Serenity 17:56, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
