I was wondering when someone would find the link between Second Variety and the re-imagined Cylons... Though, I don't think the short-story merits an article on this Wiki. :Yeah, this doesn't warrant an own article. But I'd go so far to say that it's not worth noting that the Cylons just happen to have a similarity to one, or the, first scifi stories to feature killer robots. Of course they do. Everything has been doe before one shape or another. A real, confirmed inspiration for the human Cylons is Blade Runner though, which is also based on a story by Phillip K. Dick. --Serenity 04:32, 6 June 2007 (CDT) | :Yeah, this doesn't warrant an own article. I was wondering when someone would find the link between Second Variety and the re-imagined Cylons... Though, I don't think the short-story merits an article on this Wiki. DrWho42 02:29, 6 June 2007 (CDT)
- Yeah, this doesn't warrant an own article. Everything has been doe before one shape or another. A real, confirmed inspiration for the human Cylons is Blade Runner though, which is also based on a story by Phillip K.
