Dirk Benedict (Starbuck from the original BSG) plays himself in a new comedy currently appearing on YouTube. In the video, he is forced to audition for a new BSG spinoff.
A Newsweek article, Webisodes: A Battle Against the Empire, uses The Resistance webisodes to illustrate the coming battle between media companies and writers over Internet content.
