An intoxicating beverage, it is likely alcoholic although this has not been explicity mentioned in the series. It is the re-imagined version of the original series' ambrosa.

Notably, Ambrosia is green in color.

Ellen Tigh presents a bottle of Ambrosia to her husband, Colonel Tigh, after they have reunited in the episode Secrets and Lies.

The luxury liner Cloud Nine offers ambrosia as a barside drink (Colonial Day).

Greek Mythology

Ambrosia was said to be the food of the Olympian gods of Greece. Said to confer immortality on those who eat it.
