TOS Improvement Project

Priorities (in no particular order):

• Episode summaries
  • There's only one season worth of material, so there's not much excuse not to have episode summaries on all of the TOS episodes.
  • After I finish what somebody else started on Lost Planet of the Gods, Part II (TOS) I'll try to move through the list in "episode guide" order.

• Galactica 1980 Content
  • Mokwella has contributed a wealth of info on this, so I'm trying to format it and categorize it to be uniform.
  • This sort of falls outside the scope of TOS, but since it is part of the more neglected content so I'm hoping we can bring it along.
  • I plan on creating some of the 1980 versions of the Galactica crew (ex: Adama (1980), Boomer (1980), Starbuck (1980)), then re-linking any of the 1980 content that pointed at the TOS version to the 1980 version. I've got usable pictures of Starbuck and Adama, but need to find one of "Col. Boomer" from the 1980 series.

Island of Misfit Images

I'd encourage everybody to check out the Island of Misfit Images, the home of some images that have been uploaded but not linked to. Hopefully you can either help them find a good home, or help identify ones that need to be deleted.

Wanted Pages

• I started working this list due to the TOS project. The TOS references are all but gone, but I still monitor this list to see if any articles need to be created or if there are some consistent typo-induced broken links. Also, users now comprise a majority of the pages on this list, so if your name comes to the top, expect an invitation on your user talk page to create a user page. I guess I shouldn't worry about it, but I'd like to see this list all but disappear.

Special:Disambiguations

• Sometimes there are legitimate reasons to link to a disambiguation page. Generally, though, it happens accidentally, when people mean one of the specific pages that it links to. When I started in on it I believe there were around 700 pages listed on this. We're down in the 100's as of right now, and I'd like this list to be around the size of the wanted pages (or less).

Future Projects

• TOS Character histories
  • If nobody else has done this, I may start updating the character histories of major characters to be more like Boomer (TOS), having a brief synopsis of what happens to them throughout the series (complete with episode citations).

• TOS Battles
  • I'd love to have battle pages like Ricimer created for the RDM series, that chronicle all the battles of TOS.
