A politician from Virgon, selected to represent that planet on the Quorum of Twelve (Colonial Day).
Following assistance given by Tom Zarek in getting the air filtration system aboard his ship repaired, Bagott nominated Zarek for the post of Vice President (Colonial Day).
He is an officious-sounding individual, and his support for Zarek did not surprise Wallace Gray, Roslin's policy-maker.
