You might want to change "Video game" in "(2003 Video Game)" to the Portugese word for "video game". In fact, you're pretty much free to change all these suffixes (TOS, RDM, etc.) to whatever makes sense in your language, although it's probably best for clarity to leave RDM and TOS intact ;) --Catrope(Talk to me or e-mail me) 16:16, 22 December 2007 (CST) |

Welcome to Battlestar Wiki!
Greetings, Syrin, and welcome to Battlestar Wiki! I hope you enjoy your stay with us and am looking forward to your contributions to the Wiki! Why not begin by telling us a bit about yourself on your own user page?
As you may already know, Battlestar Wiki covers all the Battlestar Galactica series from past to present, in addition to authorized merchandise. Presently, we don't cover fan fiction, but our sister-site, Battlestar Pegasus (which will soon open) shall do so. We're also not really a discussion site, but we do have an ever growing Battlestar Forum where people can discuss the various shows and non-BSG topics as well!
To get started on the wiki, we suggest that you check out our tutorial, experiment in the sandbox (a test editing area for those learning wiki code), and review some of our basic policies (which have important differences from other SF wikis).
Of course, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, you are more than welcome to bring them up at the Chiefs' noticeboard (which is frequented by the administrators of the Wiki) and at the Galactipedian's Quorum (which is the hub for contributors, who are called "Galactipedians").
Furthermore, if you don't wish to see the ads, then please consider upgrading your account to a paid membership, which costs only $10 USD a year and helps support the wiki financially.
Thank you for joining us! Hope to see you soon! --OrionFour 19:30, 20 December 2007 (CST)
Thanks for creating a user page!
I know I should be used to them by now, but red links still pain me, and user pages are something that I can't really do anything about. It's nice for users to share a little bit about themselves (and it makes those blasted red links go away). Feel free to ask if you need any help, but it looks like you've got a pretty good handle on basic wiki-code. --Steelviper 20:18, 20 December 2007 (CST)
