Edit of Battle of New Caprica

I'm restoring the last edit of this article after your recent changes. It is wiki policy to use present tense ("Baltar shoots Crashdown") rather than past tense ("Baltar shot Crashdown") in episode, battle, and character articles unless it describes an event prior to the Miniseries or from incomplete "flashbacks."
