I'd like to go ahead and put in the character template for this character, maybe listing colony as Picon or perhaps just as "see note". I'm afraid that we may turn blue if we hold our collective breath waiting for this to be cleared up, as it appears Sanne (whoever he represents) is a minor character. :I'd rather you didn't. There's no imperative need for every single character to have the template - in fact, said template badly needs to be revised anyway.
