Serious question: how could a character this overweight possibly meet the required physica standards of a military? --The Merovingian (C - E) 22:30, 27 March 2006 (CST)
:It depends on the military (and the standards). A guy of Jolly's stature may have been able to slide by a few years ago in the USAF. They seem to be stricter of late, though. It's also not uncommon to see waistlines that are proportional to rank/grade (at least, that's how it seemed when I was at Air Combat Command), but being a flight sergeant (lieutenant?) wouldn't seem to justify his size in this case. --Steelviper 09:19, 28 March 2006 (CST)

It depends on the military (and the standards).
