- This is an archive successful proposal that was vetted through the Think Tank, a place where ideas of all kinds are proposed and worked upon by the community prior to implementation. Please do not modify this proposal.
Admin name change
This is a proposal to change the titles of administrators and bureaucrats into something pertaining to the Battlestar Galactica universe.
While admittedly a minor issue, it is one that I believe should be vetted through this because it is a change in nomenclature.
The idea is to change "administrators" into "deckhands" and "bureaucrats" into "chiefs".
Similar name changes have already been done on Wiki Frakr and Eureka Wiki, where admins are called "viceroys" and "deputies" and bureaucrats are called "overlords" and "sheriffs", respectively.
Please discuss the issue on the talk page, and bring up any concerns (or alternatives) you may have in regard to this proposal.
- The above is an archive of a proposal that was vetted through the Think Tank. Please do not modify or edit this archived proposal.
