"Scifi Inside: Battlestar Galactica" was a 20 minute promo aired before the start of "Season 2.5" with "[[Resurrection Ship, Part I]]".  It premiered on iTunes, several days before it aired on Scifi Channel.  It actually offered little new material; there were few cast interviews, no fan mail was answered, etc.; it was not a full-scale special.  It was meant as a recap to summarize the events of the entire series up to that point, in the hope that prospective new viewers would thus be caught up to speed with the story so far and be able to continue watching.
