Editing War College

The '''War College''' was apparently a [[Colonial Fleet]] military educational institute that likely taught its officers many tactics and other subjects pertaining to military logistics in battle.

[[Lee Adama]] knew of a technique from War College using "electric pulse generators" to create an [[EMP]] burst as a means of fending off the [[Cylons (RDM)|Cylons]] and incapacitating any warheads.  Using generators on ''[[Colonial One]]'' that were offloaded from ''[[Galactica]]'' (presumably as part of her decommissioning), Lee Adama successfully used this method to disable two nuclear missiles that the Cylons fired at ''[[Colonial One]]'' while they were engaged in rescue operations of other civilian ships stranded from the [[Twelve Colonies]] by the [[Cylon attack]].

The pulse would make it appear to an uneducated enemy that a nuclear warhead had detonated while also disabling the live missiles.  According to Adama after the ruse, in computer simulations in War College, the Cylons never fell for the trick ([[Mini-Series]]).

[[Kara Thrace]] apparently did not attend War College, according to [[Saul Tigh]]'s comments ([[The Hand of God (RDM)|The Hand of God]]).
