| Nah, I won't bother, thanks; no-one really seems very interested and rather than create any more antipathy with what's being perceived as "pointless and irrelevant speculation" (no matter how much I back them up with historical facts and source material) I'll bow out of this one. It isn't really worth the effort and I'm too long in the tooth for internet rows. - Tawakalna
