I've been a big fan of Battlestar Galactica since the original series. I have love the new direction that Ron Moore has taken and still appreciate the Original tale. The two, in my opinion, can not be trully compared and contrasted with justice because they are two different animals. I like to believe that Kara and Sam are in the Feilds of Elysium together, happily ever after, for once. But that's how the story ends in mind.

I am a huge fan of Katee Sackoff because her portral of Starbuck was actually fundimentally the same, however because of the "gender bend" people flew off the wall. She did the character great justice. An A+ in my book. But I'm sure that my "bias bra burning" attetude will somehow misconstrue my opinion that a woman simply can not do or think or act as a male would "do so". She is quite tanlented and I look foward to seeing were her carreer will lead. The choice of cast for the RDM was perfection.

I'm a huge scifi and action junky and like my cigars and dinks, thank you very much. I liked the idea of a character that I could identify with, coming from a military family and having a simialer background to Kara Thrace. I was inspired to be more than what I believed my life had made me. My thanks to the writers and to Katee Sackoff.

that's how i'm ending it for now, more to add later. --Lovesamwithkara 07:18, 2 July 2009 (UTC)
